Worst Race: 24 hours of Moab 2006. 40 degrees and constant rain are
no fun!
Best Race: Any Dual Slalom race. That and King of the Rockies 2007.
I race bikes because: My wife thinks it’s cool when I go fast and do
tricks on my bike. At least I like to think so. That and because I’m
bad at golf and too skinny to play football. Seriously though,
riding/racing is something that allows me to stay fit and healthy, and
is a major stress reliever. I’ve tried lots of hobbies, and riding
seems for me to be the only one where no matter how bad my day may be
going, I can forget about it and just enjoy the ride…
