I race bikes because: It is a humble sport. Even the very best pros don’t act like rock stars, even the roadies I guess. Maybe it is because cyclists don’t have groupies or make huge bank just to show up at a race and mob for the camera. Pu$$y and Money makes for bad decisions and false security. Oh, and going fast rules.
